Maybe You Don't Need Housekeeping Software

Full Implementation - (Fastest Way to Begin Using the
Power of HSI Custodial Solutions)
HSI will configure the beginning data to match your specific
service level requirements (tasks and performance
frequencies for each area type). An HSI Implementation Team will arrive at your
facility to gather information
that will allow them to develop an accurate database of all spaces at your facility,
every employee and each
work assignment. The team will research the time employees spend performing
non-cleaning tasks such as
clerical, furniture moving, incinerator operation, etc. and variable workloads
such as hospital discharges, after-
school or special event staffing, etc. will be studied in order to develop the
database of these tasks accurately.

HSI will help you decide who should do what with HSI Custodial Solutions. Managers,
supervisors, clerical personnel, training
specialists and supply specialists all have a role in using HSI Custodial Solutions. This will
insure that several people understand
how to use the power of HSI Custodial Solutions and will build a strong base of knowledge within
the department. When the
database is complete, HSI will train end users in their various duties during
an intensive training course at your
facility lasting 2~4 days (depending on the end user group size).
HSI will return to your facility two or three more times during
the next twelve months for additional advanced
training. These training sessions are designed to increase the knowledge of
end users over time and will explore
ever more advanced features of HSI Custodial Solutions. These training sessions
typically last 1~2 days each. After
the initial twelve month period, you may renew the On-Going
Support agreement for a small fee and HSI will continue
making on-site training trips.
Partial Implementation - (Most Economical Way to Begin Using the Power of HSI Custodial Solutions)
HSI will configure the beginning data to match your specific
service level requirements (tasks and performance
frequencies for each area type). An HSI Implementation Team will arrive at your
facility to train selected
individuals, whose responsibility it will be to develop the majority of the
