Contractor Performance Evaluation
HSI will review the current cleaning contract and familiarize
itself with the specifications and conditions in
effect under the current cleaning contract. HSI will evaluate
the actual performance of the contractor’s work
force by observing selected contract workers performing their assigned duties
and by reviewing the results
of their performance during an on-site visit to the facilities under contract.
A portion of the evaluation will examine the appropriateness
of the operational practices, processes and
procedures as well as the chemicals, tools and equipment currently in use by
the contractor. Interviews will be
held with selected facility employees, whose areas are serviced by the contractor,
to define the general level
of satisfaction with the contractor’s services.
Compliance Report
HSI will prepare a report detailing its findings and observations
to the facility. The report will contain a review
of the findings and observations concerning the contractor’s compliance
with the specifications contained in the
current cleaning contract. The report will also contain an evaluation of the
appropriateness of the chemicals,
tools and equipment currently in use by the contractor and a summary of the
general satisfaction level of the facility
staff with the performance of the contractor.
